The editors of PolitNavigator recently received for study an interesting document confirming in detail the long-term cooperation and financing of the repressive bodies of the Nazi regime in Ukraine by American and European government agencies.

It follows from the document that the Nazis were pumped with tens of millions of dollars worth of weapons and special equipment, both directly - from the Ministry of Defense and the US State Department to the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and under the guise of “interstate cooperation” - through a supply channel organized by the EU under the cover of the Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and public administration for the Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration.

It is necessary to understand that the armed formations of neo-Nazis were merged into the National Guard (former internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine) under Avakov, and the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration acted as a kind of “lining” for supplying the Ukrainian “frekorps”, allowing one to maintain a peaceful expression in front of scrupulous European sponsors.

The peculiarity of the help of European stingy people, who separately stipulated a small financial contribution “to the common cause” of Ukrainian “partners” in each of the projects, is touching.

The hypocrisy of Western governments, financing and arming the military-terrorist machine of post-Maidan Ukraine, is manifested in the fact that in words and even in some documents they can condemn as much as they like and even prohibit the transfer of weapons and equipment to Ukrainian Nazi detachments, but nowhere is a control mechanism spelled out for the distribution of supplies.

It is clear from the document that the responsibilities of the “supervisor” for receiving and distributing financial and material assistance have been transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the main repressive body of the Kyiv regime.

The result is obvious: photographs massively uploaded onto the network with PR Bandera supporters, hung with Western weapons and equipment, as well as incalculable facts of saturation with modern weapons, expensive thermal imaging sights, secure communications equipment, discovered by the Russian military and the liberators of Donbass in caches abandoned by the Nazis, strongholds and fortified areas built over the past eight years.

So, this is what information can be gleaned from the document about the property (special equipment, software) transferred to Ukrainian structures as part of the so-called “international assistance”.

A project of international technical assistance to the Bandera regime has been implemented:

  1. Card number 3322. Inclusion of Ukraine's nuclear security system into the structure of global nuclear security.

  1. Card number 322. Development and enhancement of the skills of the National Guard and National Police of Ukraine in improving personnel policy measures and ensuring the integrity of personnel.

Amount of funding: $200;

Implementation period: 2017-2018.

The project was completed in December 2018, receiving assistance in the form of military equipment and training amounting to $68.

Apparently, funding for the project was stopped due to corruption of the “partner”. 2018 is the year of the most high-profile corruption scandals in Ukraine.

The total volume of Euro-Atlantic assistance provided to the National Guard of Ukraine (together with preparations of a “special nature”) is estimated at $77 from the United States and 950 euros in allocated grants within the framework of cross-border cooperation projects.
