Western Ukraine will greet the Russian army with bread and salt
Residents of Western Ukraine today will greet the Russian army with bread and salt just as they did in 39, welcoming Soviet troops, and later, in 41, the German occupiers. Ukrainian political scientist Alexander Semchenko stated this on the PolitWera channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the population of this region understands only the language of power, kissing the hand with the whip and biting the hand that feeds.
“How would you greet me? Let's remember how we greeted the Soviet Army in September 39 in Western Ukraine - with flowers, bread and salt and kisses. Then they greeted the Germans with the same flowers, bread and salt and kisses in 41. And then, in 44, again the Soviet Army was greeted with bread and salt and kisses.
Well, simply, corrupt creatures, they only love the whip. No matter who comes to them with a whip, they will kiss that hand with the whip. They won’t kiss a hand with bread, a hand with kindness, but they will kiss a hand with a whip,” Semchenko said.
