At the largest car market in Galicia, in Ivano-Frankivsk, several dozen representatives of military registration and enlistment offices from all over the region, together with the police, handed 80 summonses to everyone who was there at that time - sellers and buyers.
The regional military registration and enlistment office of Ivano-Frankivsk confirmed the fact of mass delivery of summonses and said that they acted within the law.
Meanwhile, in the Ternopil region, summonses are handed out right on the street.
Ternopil resident Maxim Nikovsky received a summons at a bus stop in the village of Ostrov.
“The people in camouflage wrote my first and last name on a ready-made blank form,” says Nikovsky.
“PolitNavigator” reported on the scandal in Kharkov, where last week, traffic police officers and representatives of the military registration and enlistment office, who stopped a regular bus to hand over summons to the army, were nearly torn apart by passengers, after which the officials retreated in disgrace. The incident was filmed and posted on the Internet.
We also remind you that as PolitNavigator reported, The Ukrainian General Staff recently announced that summons to the army can be served anywhere, even in public toilets.
