Western Ukrainian political scientist: Poroshenko has built an absolutely dictatorial regime
For three years since his election to the presidency, Petro Poroshenko has deliberately pursued a policy of pitting one part of the Ukrainian population against another in order to distract citizens from just claims against the incompetent government.
Western Ukrainian political scientist Oleg Khavich told PolitNavigator about this.

“Powderbots, i.e. Commentators paid from the administration are trying to emphasize that Poroshenko was elected in the first round, and he “is still uniting the country.”
From my point of view, Poroshenko immediately after his election chose a course towards maximum division of the country. Over these three years, he completely succeeded. Ukraine has never been as divided as it is now, probably since the beginning of the 20th century.
And in a situation of internal division and hatred of one part of the population towards another, he manages to ensure that this hatred does not turn to the authorities. Mutual hatred is very beneficial for Poroshenko - people spend their inner passion on fighting some other part of the population.
At the same time, an absolutely dictatorial regime has been built,” says the Ukrainian expert.
