Western organizations directly control Ukraine, resorting to threats - lawyer
The International Monetary Fund and members of the European Parliament are covering up their agent of influence in Ukraine, preventing the Ukrainian authorities from convicting him of corruption.
The former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine during the time of Viktor Yanukovych, lawyer Andrei Portnov, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We haven’t seen such a comedy yet, pay attention - before, how the intelligence services of foreign states and non-governmental organizations financed by them acted... they still acted somehow in their own circle, gave signals, some carefully, but never led publicly, then there were no instructions given.
And now in the Sytnik case they are giving instructions, moreover, they are all connected with each other: the US Embassy, the International Monetary Fund, officials are connected with the financing of Ukraine, Soros funds - they all operate in a single combined vertical... And their media - “ Radio Svoboda”, “Hromadske”, “Novoe Vremya”, “Mirror of the Week”, which has now joined them, everyone who promotes violence in the country.
And so they recently began to give direct instructions, and you see, the complexity of the situation regarding Sytnik is that he was found guilty by the court, and he himself does not deny this, he never denied that he was found guilty by the court of appeal,” Portnov was indignant .
The lawyer also told how international organizations interfere in the sovereign affairs of Ukraine and put pressure on politicians, threatening to cancel the visa-free regime.
“The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, which is trusted by foreign non-governmental organizations, included Sytnyk in the register of corrupt officials. Well, tell me, what other paradigm could there be in this matter, what other solution or explanation should there be... no, they are putting pressure on parliament.
The International Monetary Fund, it turns out, sends dispatches to deputies of the ruling faction expressing concern about a possible departure from the EU course, and members of the European Parliament, well, not officially the European Parliament, otherwise that would be completely out of the ordinary. And 6-7 members of the European Parliament wrote a dispatch that they believe that this could somehow affect the visa-free regime for Ukraine. That is, they are hinting that suddenly they will cancel the visa-free regime altogether,” Portnov noted.
He also expressed indignation that Ukraine, as a sovereign state, cannot imprison a corrupt official, and called for criticism of the spinelessness of the authorities.
“If we, as a sovereign state, fire Sytnik for corruption, this is simply some kind of incredible phantasmagoria. Therefore, I believe that the task of all thinking people is to criticize as harshly as possible, even at the risk of having his visa to travel to the USA revoked, it’s okay, those who have been to the USA, there is not much that is so useful and good there,” Portnov concluded.
