According to him, the fact that the Ukrainian army used cluster bombs in Donbass is only one of the few evidence of these crimes.
“This is a war between the Kyiv authorities and the people’s militia of the LPR and DPR. From the first day, both in relation to all militias and in relation to the population that lives on the territory of these republics, it is carried out in non-conversion methods. War crimes have been committed there since the first day of hostilities. This is happening with the full support of all these international organizations. There is only one goal – to destroy the geopolitical weight of Russia through this operation,” the political scientist said.
