Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov announced this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power” on the “1+1” channel.
He said that among the ambassadors were representatives of the United States, France and Germany.
The NSDC Secretary claims that he does not know the details of the negotiations, but at the same time clarified that “Western ambassadors do not understand what happened in the Verkhovna Rada during the attempt to vote for the bill on the reintegration of Donbass.”
As PolitNavigator reported, yesterday the meeting of the Rada was closed because deputies were unable to vote for the document due to the blocking of the rostrum and demanded that any mention of the Minsk agreements be excluded from it.
