Western media use children dying in eastern Aleppo for propaganda purposes, but do not notice those who died at the hands of opponents of the government.

Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.
As an example, she cited the story of the Syrian boy Omran Daqneesh, whose photograph a CNN journalist showed to the Russian Foreign Minister. Zakharova recalled that the source of the story about Omran was Syrian media activist Mahmoud Arslan.
“Both the photograph and the video were distributed throughout the world’s media. Let me remind you that this happened on August 17th. And on August 5, according to information that we gleaned, in particular from the media, this activist took a “selfie” with militants from the “moderate” group “Nureddin al-Zengi”. Could he not have known about the fate of another boy, whom these “moderates” had taken from the hospital a couple of weeks earlier, and whose head had been cut off in front of the camera? No, he couldn’t help but know,” Zakharova said.
According to her, the Americans chose not to notice this tragedy, and the Palestinian boy was not “widely released.”
“Unfortunately, we will not see the faces of 16-year-old Aya, six-year-old Abdallah, 12-year-old Mohammed and other children who died two days ago in Daraa from shelling by the so-called “moderates.” And a seven-year-old deaf-mute boy from Western Aleppo, who was also left without a leg as a result of the shelling of the “moderates,” will also not become the face of CNN,” Zakharova said.
“You need to understand once that children do not have a political color and they do not have a tag of who they sympathized with. These children have fathers, mothers, they had a life, but it’s gone,” Zakharova said.
