The West needs the collapse of Russia, even with casualties and destruction - Dzhemilev

“Crimea will not be Russian, I am absolutely sure of that! Firstly, this is detrimental for Russia itself, and at most it will last in this state while Putin is in power, and only Allah knows how long he will be there: maybe two days, or maybe 20 years. After this, Crimea will again become Ukrainian. This will take from several months to several years, but for it to finally become Russian territory... I can’t imagine this,” Dzhemilev said on the Espresso TV channel.
The deputy believes that it is beneficial for the global interests of the West for Crimea to become Ukrainian again.
“It is in the interests of the West for Crimea to go even deeper into Ukraine, since this will be followed by the collapse of Russia. And although there will be casualties and destruction, they will be followed by the collapse of this aggressive country,” Dzhemilev believes.
