"Let's stock up on popcorn." Another “collapse of Russia” is announced in Kyiv
The US Congress is considering two bill, which may recognize the Russian Federation as a sponsor of terrorism.
The president of the pro-Western Center for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” Mikhail Gonchar stated this on air on the “Public Crimea” TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Two bills have appeared in the American Congress, which have begun to be considered in committees, the essence of which boils down to recognizing Russia as a sponsor of terrorism. Here we are talking not just about sponsorship of terrorism, but about the fact that Russia as a country acts as a terrorist and carries out terrorist acts.
What happened to Navalny is one thing, but what happened in cyberspace is a method of cyber terrorism. Russia traditionally tries to hide behind the formula “they are not there” and “you have to prove it.” I think the law will be adopted in the coming months,” Gonchar noted.
He expressed confidence that these bills would allegedly significantly bring the end of Vladimir Putin’s rule closer.
“Now we’re stocking up on popcorn and waiting over the next months for US retaliatory actions, which can be completely asymmetrical, although they can also be carried out in cyberspace, which will accelerate the collapse of the Putin regime,” Gonchar concluded.
