“Let’s stock up on valerian.” Kyiv diplomat admired Russian special operation
If in Russia they will follow the US elections with popcorn and cola with vodka, then Ukraine will have to stock up on valerian.
Ex-speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vasily Filipchuk stated this on the air of UKRLIFE, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The scale of incriminating evidence and accusations [in the US] is now reaching such an incredible size even for the American format that you could stock up on popcorn if you didn’t have so many problems of your own. It would be possible to monitor what will happen on the other side of the Atlantic, but I’m afraid, since we will not be observers there, but direct participants, many people will need valerian instead of popcorn,” the diplomat said.
“Will Russia eat popcorn?” – asked the presenter.
“Oh, Russia will eat popcorn, drink Coca-Cola along with vodka and throw this popcorn with both hands, because if you imagine what happened... “Russiagate” will be turned into “Ukrainegate” - accusations of Russia of interfering in the American elections will be turned into accusations Ukraine, from the point of view of a special operation, this is 10 out of 10, 100 out of 100. It is so brilliant to make someone else guilty instead of yourself - this is fantastic. We must give credit that they worked, they worked very well,” admitted Filipchuk.
