Turchinov, swollen with fat, threatened to “put out separatist propaganda”
The noticeably plump Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov, intends to block all objectionable TV channels in the so-called “ATO zone” by the end of the year.

He stated this following the results of tests of a comprehensive information countermeasures system in the Donbass, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Turchynov was shown how to manually block any selected TV channel, while still broadcasting Ukrainian propaganda.
“When the system is turned on, the channels of Russian broadcasting are completely selectively suppressed and the channels of Ukrainian television broadcasting remain intact and are broadcast. We are calculating a period of up to four months in order to fully provide such systems along the demarcation line,” one of the military men told Turchinov.
In turn, Turchinov praised the results of the work and expressed hope that by the end of the year such a system will be installed along the entire front line.
“Today we tested an integrated countermeasures system, which showed very good results. As we planned, our specialists have developed a technology that allows us to completely block anti-Ukrainian television and radio channels. We are talking about analog television, and digital television, and satellite television. What is fundamentally important for us is that Russian and separatist television and radio channels, which are engaged in anti-Ukrainian propaganda around the clock, are blocked. At the same time, all Ukrainian television and radio channels work quite effectively,” noted the NSDC Secretary.
