“There is no governor (he was fired after the presidential elections - editor’s note), Ukravtodor is not working, one engineering battalion is not working,” he said on Shuster Live.
According to him, instead of three lines of defense, the first line is just being created in this region.
“You have to stand with a stick and a stopwatch. We are behind the militants in this,” Semenchenko said, noting the successes in the construction of fortifications among the militias in the Donbass.
Semenchenko claims that representatives of the Ministry of Defense will arrive in Zaporozhye tomorrow to deal with the problem on the spot.
In turn, the commander of the 204th tactical aviation brigade, Yuliy Mamchur, said that “since Mariupol is defending itself, this is a worthy example. Zaporozhye and other cities should follow this example.”
