A representative of the pro-Russian Military-Civil Administration of the Zaporozhye Region, Vladimir Rogov, stated this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Rogov, Zaporozhye itself, like all its large industrial facilities, were built as part of Russia and belong to it by right.
“Of course, we are talking about the entire territory of the Zaporozhye region. Of course, this is not even discussed, because the DneproGES is the first-born of GOELRO, and I remind you that the GOELRO plan was spelled out under Nicholas II, and implemented under Comrade Stalin. So this is definitely ours. Taking into account the fact that the stubborn Nazis are decommunizing and de-Russifying everything, neither one nor the second option suits them at all,” the official said.
