Zaporozhye, September 09 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The mayor of Zaporozhye, Alexander Sin, instructed officials to pay special attention to the “system for identifying visitors to the city and resettlement.”

In particular, during an operational meeting on issues of the city’s vital functions, he instructed employees of district state administrations to communicate weekly with neighborhood officials, chairmen of housing cooperatives, and condominium associations, who must provide information about new people who have settled in the houses of their area of responsibility. The same monitoring should be carried out in KP “Osnovanie”.
According to him, the task is “to identify all visitors who potentially pose a danger to the city and report to the police.”
“A mouse cannot enter Zaporozhye without anyone’s knowledge,” the mayor emphasized.
“We must help identify such individuals. Order in the city depends on your activity,” Sin addressed the townspeople.
As PolitNavigator reported, Zaporozhye is home to the largest number of migrants from Donetsk and Lugansk compared to other settlements in the region. Their official number is more than six thousand people.
