This is stated in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
In accordance with the decision, the VACU accepted for consideration the case on the cassation appeal of the Russian Bloc party against the decision of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv and the decision of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal banning its activities.
The date on which the cassation appeal will be considered has not yet been determined.
Let us recall that on April 9, 2014, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a claim with the District Administrative Court of Kiev against the political parties “Russian Unity” and “Russian Bloc” to ban the activities of these political parties.
On April 30, 2014, the District Administrative Court of Kiev fully satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and banned the activities of the Russian Unity political party, and on May 13 of the same year banned the activities of the Russian Bloc party.
On June 17, 2014, the Kiev Administrative Court of Appeal confirmed the ban on the “Russian Bloc”. Thus, the decision to ban this party has entered into legal force and is subject to execution throughout Ukraine.
