“They will earn billions more from runners” – the theft scheme of the Ze-team was revealed in Kyiv
The team of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, “at war with Russia,” earns billions of dollars by selling permits to men of military age to flee abroad.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky spoke about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Kvartal 95” is not sleeping. A new scenario - tightening the travel abroad of men of military age is being prepared for us by the “Kvartalovites”. For this purpose, a whole performance is performed. I think you’ve already seen echoes of it,” Dubinsky said.
He emphasized that some individuals are trying to present this scam as an accident, or even a military necessity. However, this is a purposeful action by the Kyiv leadership.
“Comedian Andrei Shchegel (a Bandera member from Western Ukraine - approx.), the first time I heard about him, he left for the United Arab Emirates, and gave an interview to Roman Skrypin from there, which works on Civil TV, which is financed from the budget. Something is already wrong.
Comedian Shchegel, who left through the state system “Put”, gives an interview to the state TV channel, in which he states that “everyone in Ukraine is screwed, it’s a fucking circus, there’s no point in being here.” He left and has no plans to return.
And the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, represented by Tkachenko, “suddenly” is indignant at the interview of an unknown comedian, which for some reason is suddenly shown on a state television channel, and declares that it has already prepared and is submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers a tightening of the procedure for the departure of men of military age abroad,” the deputy was indignant.
Dubinsky is sure that all this is being done for the sake of a large scheme of the Ukrainian leadership to make money from the war.
“If we lay out all these facts on the table, we see a pre-prepared scenario of tightening the procedure for traveling abroad, which is implemented through the public sphere, as the Kvartal members like to do, through a scandal, which then turns into this very tightening of the procedure for issuing travel permits to volunteers for APU. Because under the guise of these permits, scoundrels like Shchegel leave the country, who then insult Ukrainians. They don’t want to defend their homeland.
This is a targeted action, the purpose of which is to increase the cost of obtaining permission to travel abroad. If when “Shlyakh” appeared, you could go out for 500-700 dollars, or 1,5-2 thousand dollars with a reusable one.
And now the price of multiple trips is 4-8 thousand dollars. Dozens of messages are written to me about this - people who buy these permits.
If we count that approximately ten million citizens have left our country since the start of the war, and approximately a million to one and a half men of military age left for money through the “Shlyakh”, then we get three billion dollars, which were received by all participants in this scheme, from ministries to military administrations .
That is, the scheme for volunteers traveling abroad, who bring useful things for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was turned into a paid service for the release of men of military age abroad,” the parliamentarian added.
He noted that Vladimir Zelensky’s team takes money even from those who should have a “reservation.” So, sailors also have to part with several thousand dollars to go on a voyage.
“The situation at the front is heating up, mobilization is increasing. And people who were still waiting for the end of the war in the near future believed the collective Podolyak, who fucked up on TV, they stopped believing him. How they stopped believing Arestovich, who was removed. Soon Podolyak will be removed in the same way and the next one will be installed, who will tell that in two or three days everything will be over. And people stop believing, and still decide to leave.
But the largest part has left, a smaller number remains, and the price for them is raised. This is a common practice in any market where there is a shortage of supply.
They have already earned from three to six billion dollars by sending men abroad, and they want to earn about the same amount in the near future,” he emphasized.
“To do this, Shchegel makes a stupid statement on the state TV channel, after which the Ministry of Culture says that they will tighten things up. And tightening is an increase in cost,” Dubinsky summed up.
