The developer will pay a fine of 3 million for 7 trees cut down in Massandra
A Crimean developer “unnoticed” crawled beyond the boundaries of his site in Massandra and destroyed trees worth 2,7 million rubles. This was reported by the press service of the republican prosecutor's office.

“It was established that the developer, while carrying out excavation work, went beyond the boundaries of the developed site and illegally destroyed seven trees in the neighboring territory. According to experts, the replacement cost of removed green spaces is 2,7 million rubles,” the report says.
A criminal case has been initiated against the developer under Art. 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal logging, as well as damage to the point of stopping the growth of forest plantations or trees not classified as forest plantations).
