The audit found that, in violation of Article 51 of the Town Planning Code, Yanos-V LLC carried out construction work without permits on a site that does not belong to the enterprise by right of use or ownership.
Based on the results of consideration of the materials of the prosecutor's inspection, the Inspectorate brought to administrative liability under Part 1 of Article 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established construction procedure) a legal entity - LLC "Yanos-V" and its director, who were fined 500 thousand and 20 thousand rubles, respectively.
The sole founder of Yanos-V LLC is Moscow City Duma deputy from the United Russia party Viktor Ivanov.
