Sevastopol, October 17 (PolitNavigator, Svetlana Ivanova) - Sevgosstroynadzor fined Syabry LLC 600 thousand rubles for violating requirements during the design and construction of an office and hotel complex in the Streletskaya Bay area.

Violations were identified during a joint inspection by the prosecutor's office and the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Inspectorate of the city of Sevastopol.
It was established that on a rented plot of land on Tavricheskaya Embankment Street, 32, the construction of the foundation of building No. 3 was carried out by Syabry LLC without obtaining permission, and building No. 2 was erected in violation of the number of storeys of the building according to the design without a mandatory expert opinion.
Based on the identified violations, 2 administrative cases were initiated. 1 tbsp. 9.4 and part 1 of Art. 9.5 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
