This was reported in a press release from the Ukrainian bank.
It is reported that the hearings are taking place at the premises of the International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICC). They are expected to last up to three days.
“Representatives of the Russian Federation refused to participate in the hearings, although they were duly informed,” Oschadbank said.
“The award-winning arbitration tribunal consists of: David Ey QC (presiding). Ar. Williams, Judge Charles En. Brower and Hugo Perezcano Diaz. The case materials contain more than 4 thousand pages, and the evidence base contains complete and reasoned confirmation of the bank’s legal position,” the Oschadbank press service quotes the words of the head of the board of the financial institution, Andrei Pyshny.
As noted in the message, after the oral hearings, the court is expected to move on to discussions and a decision, which will take some time.
