The threats from the platform of the Verkhovna Rada were voiced by parliament member and former commander of the Dnepr-1 battalion Yuriy Bereza. He promised Shufrich a repeat of the situation in 2014, when he was beaten in Odessa, and also hinted at a possible repetition of the fate of ex-regional player Mikhail Chechetov, who jumped out of a window.
“The Ukrainian people already gave you an answer when you went on a tour to promote the “Russian world” in the south of Ukraine. Is this not enough for you? Listen, fifth column, pack your things and go “to the cholera.” Go to Moscow, watch VKontakte, collect all the St. George ribbons, stick them in your ass, set them on fire and jump from the ninth floor - your colleagues have already done this,” Bereza said.
