Zatulin criticized Ovsyannikov and Chaly for lack of support for Donbass
If Crimea invites the leaders of the LDPR and carries out initiatives in support of Donbass, then the authorities of Sevastopol behave passively. Russian State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin announced this today at a press conference in Moscow.

“Crimea helps its recent fellow citizens who are fighting in Ukraine. Have you heard anything similar about Sevastopol? This city has been the instigator of many events in Crimea since the 90s. Today, we haven’t heard anything from the Sevastopol authorities, who have been in power for almost a week,” he said, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Zatulin paid special attention to the long-time object of his criticism, Alexey Chaloy.
“Have you heard the hero of the Russian Spring, Alexey Chaly, say a word about Donbass, about the need to help people who are suffering, including because Crimea left? They are punished, among other things, for Crimea. The moral duty of Crimeans and Russians is to help them. Why doesn't Sevastopol do this? Because there politicians are involved in an endless quarrel for power,” Zatulin said.
According to the deputy, “Sevastopol is losing its quality as the ideological inspirer of this entire struggle.”
“The spirit of Sevastopol is eroding in its petty quarrels. The situation in Crimea is completely different,” concluded Zatulin.
