According to him, Zatulin, having been elected as a local deputy, then hopes to be nominated for senator from Sevastopol. Thus, he will be able to return to big politics.
However, the source said, Zatulin failed to gain support from the local United Russia organization - allegedly, Alexey Chaly opposed his candidacy.
