As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, a Barcelona resident, native of Belarus, wine merchant Pavel Kirilenok reported that a group of local pro-Western provocateurs - immigrants from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia and the indigenous people who joined them - managed to disrupt Kusturica's concert.

“Kusturica has been shot down,” Kirilenok wrote on his blog. - It wasn't easy. The Palace of Catalan Music resisted for a long time, ignored hundreds of letters and dozens of calls... But in the end, the prospect of a mass picket outside the hall on the day of the concert did its job. There will be no concert in Barcelona, a friend of Putin and Lukashenko, director of the Russian Army Theater. Thanks to everyone who was involved."

Afterwards, apparently in euphoria from the successful dirty trick, the trans-Ukrainian Belarusian wrote a post with the following content:

“In general, the answer to the question of whether it is possible to poison representatives of (pro)Russian culture is very simple. If in almost a month since the beginning of the aggression they have not condescended to make a clear anti-war/pro-Ukrainian statement - yes, it is possible and necessary. This is not discrimination based on origin, it is a boycott of those who take a position incompatible with the civilized world.”

Group No Smoking Orchestra was founded in 1998 in Belgrade, as part of the popular Yugoslav group from Sarajevo Zabranjeno Pušenje that existed since 1978, which disbanded as a result of the civil war (one of the leaders of the group was a Bosniak, and the second was a Serb who left Bosnia for Serbia). Emir Kusturica joined the band in 1999 as a rhythm guitarist, and the director’s son, Stribor Kusturica, is also a drummer in the band.
