Trans-Ukrainian resident of Kerch received a fine for sabotage on social networks
A 35-year-old resident of Kerch was brought to administrative responsibility for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. He will pay 30 thousand rubles for his status on social networks.
“It was established that on March 11.03.2022, XNUMX, the specified person on a social network on his personal page posted a status in the form of a text phrase, available for viewing to all visitors to the page, in which he expressed his disagreement with the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to conduct a military operation on the territory of Ukraine with the indication that these actions are tantamount to war,” the press service of the Kerch City Court reported.
The actions of the Kerchanin fall under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses – public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security.
