Russian Senator Andrei Klimov announced this at a press conference today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Systems for bypassing government blocking on the Internet were created mainly by the United States at the state level. They allocated a lot of money for this... As soon as a person took advantage of this, a light was lit there. Many of those who use it for entertainment purposes, not even political ones, immediately appear on the radar. A serious professional analysis of this personality is underway.
And if, from the point of view of the artificial intelligence that deals with this, it is of interest to the intelligence services and the US State Department and similar structures of NATO countries, this file immediately begins to be replenished and filled out. And everything that this person is looking for on the Internet will be thrown at him in such a way that sooner or later he will unwittingly come to a situation where he will have to break the law,” he noted.
“Moreover, this is usually a person with a not very strong psyche and unsettled civil concepts and positions. I would like to warn these people, their parents and friends: be very careful about the possibilities of circumventing something. As soon as you start this, you instantly appear on the radar of our ill-wishers. This can drag you into such a quagmire that it will be extremely difficult to get out of there,” Klimov said.
