“This was not allowed to be done by the position of official Kyiv, which for the third year has been reduced to sabotage of the Minsk agreements, a categorical rejection of a political settlement of the internal conflict and the promotion of initiatives of varying degrees of belligerence and fantasticality,” the publication notes. - For example, this time Petro Poroshenko, during the negotiations, started talking about the need to introduce UN peacekeeping forces into Donbass, whereas a year ago his requests were more modest - he only demanded to arm OSCE observers, and this idea was ultimately not supported by 57 states - members."
“It only remains to add that “serious failures in the implementation of the Minsk agreements” have a name that is surprisingly similar to the name of the computer virus that hit Ukraine at the beginning of the month. And this name is well known to Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron – Petya,” the publication summarizes.
