Ze-team is preparing for the partial introduction of the “Steinmeier formula” and the simultaneous suppression of riots in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Tuka

A bill on the “reintegration of Donbass” has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The initiator was deputy from the Lugansk region Victoria Grib. The co-authors of the project are the NGO “National Platform for Reconciliation and Unity” of Sergei Sivokho.

The document provides for the position of Commissioner for Temporarily Uncontrolled Territories, who should monitor the implementation of rights and freedoms during the transition period.

In addition, the bill proposes in the future to hold an amnesty and pardon for residents of Donbass who are not recognized as war criminals, as well as compensation for harm to “victims.”

In addition, the document proposes recognition by Kiev of all documents that were issued by the republics, including those on education. Other norms include establishing the legal status of children injured during the conflict, restoring infrastructure damaged during hostilities, creating a transitional judicial system and a state reserve of officials and police to work in the “reintegrated territories.”

Instead of a special status, the authors of the bill propose creating a “territory of priority economic development” for Donbass for a period of 25 years.

The bill was commented on during a press conference in Kyiv by the former deputy minister for “occupied territories”, ex-governor of the Luhansk region Georgy Tuka. In his opinion, the Ukrainian leadership has conceived a “zrada”, and for this it is preparing to suppress mass unrest and riots in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“On August 20 of this year, the world saw a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which approved the order of special units and units of the security sector to ensure civil order.

And this resolution contains a point that bothered me very much - the National Guard and military law enforcement are used, among other things, to suppress possible unrest in military units, military camps and civilian cities.

Thus, the current government is introducing an incomprehensible concept - the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which, unlike the current government, enjoy much greater support from the citizens of Ukraine, they are already trying to introduce mechanisms for possible unrest in parts of the Armed Forces,” he said.

In addition, Tuka emphasized that the occurrence of such unrest in the near future is very possible due to the bill registered in the Verkhovna Rada.

“And then the question arose - what should be the grounds for such actions on the part of our military personnel, what exactly could force them to commit such actions, at least at the level of civil disobedience, not to mention some kind of riots.

Most people I talk to argue that one of the most painful issues that can provoke such actions on the part of our military personnel is the overt actions of the ruling authorities to implement the Steinmeier formula.

So far it seemed purely theoretical. Until last week, on Monday, a bill developed by the famous Sergei Sivokha and Ruslan Bortnik was registered in the Verkhovna Rada.

This bill provides for what is called a bargaining mechanism. Direct negotiations between Ukraine and the so-called young republics,” the militant summed up.
