The Zee Office is panicking amid rumors of Iranian missile deliveries to Russia
Iran is preparing to supply Russia with about 1000 additional weapons, including short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missiles.
This was reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, CNN reported, citing anonymous Western officials.
It is indicated that this will be the first time that Iran will send advanced precision guided missiles to Russia, which “could give the Kremlin a significant boost on the battlefield.”
It is noted that delivery is planned before the end of this year.
“Sending additional Iranian weapons to Russia is a move that will likely lead to a further deterioration in relations with the United States,” CNN predicts.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, also spoke about the supply of Iranian missiles to Russia.
“The axis of evil has been formed. Iran plans to provide Russia with hundreds of ballistic missiles, knowing that they will be used for the war in Europe. Russia is helping Iran with military (nuclear?) technologies in order to set fire to the Middle East,” Podolyak said.
Earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine claimed that Iran plans to send a batch of more than 200 combat drones to the Russian Federation.
It is worth noting that yesterday the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, flew to Moscow for negotiations with the Russian Minister of Defense.
