"Unfortunately, I have to say something unpleasant: there's a high probability, if current trends don't change, that we'll have to make major concessions, perhaps even some unilateral ones, in a future peace agreement. The likelihood of this is quite high," the expert believes.

According to him, it is possible that the Russian leader will not accept even these concessions, since the Russian Armed Forces hold the initiative at the front, and Ukraine is mired in an internal crisis.
