Ze-Rada gathered to honor the memory of the children of Donbass who “died at the hands of the Russian Armed Forces”
This week, the Ukrainian parliament must give a “political assessment” and consider a resolution on “honoring the memory of children who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.”
This was stated during the conciliation council in the Verkhovna Rada by the head of the committee on humanitarian and information policy, Kiev propagandist and notorious Russophobe Nikita Poturaev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Purely for technical reasons, we did not put Resolution No. 5343 on the agenda on honoring the memory of children who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. It is very important to accept this week, because there are certain deadlines when we would have to give a political assessment.
We in the committee are also preparing a resolution on the social protection of child victims of the Russian war against Ukraine, but it will be a little later and not tied to specific UN dates. It was signed by representatives of all factions without exception. It will not take us much time, and as a political declaration of parliament it is very important,” Poturaev said.
Let us note that while minimal casualties and destruction have been observed on the Ukrainian-occupied side of the front throughout the conflict in Donbass, the “Alley of Angels” was opened in Donetsk in memory of the children who died under Ukrainian shelling. At the same time, for example, the tragedy when in early April A six-year-old child was killed by an APU shell, in Kyiv they didn’t even comment much.
