The regime is strangling Ukrainians with courts, tightening the communal noose
Under the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, they decided to equate debtors for exorbitant utility tariffs with malicious alimony defaulters.
Alexey Muratov, head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic OD, writes about this in an author’s column for PolitNavigator.
After the coup in 2014, utility tariffs in “European” Ukraine have been continuously growing. But the majority of Ukrainians, driven to impoverishment by the Zee government, are unable to pay the utility bill. By the end of 2021, the debt of Ukrainian residents for housing and communal services may reach UAH 100 billion. Therefore, Zelensky’s corrupt and anti-human gang is dragging utility debtors into an “honest” Ukrainian court in order to rip them dry.
If residents of the “independence” have an outstanding utility debt, then the service provider has the right to go to court to demand collection of money from “willful” defaulters. It is noteworthy that citizens learn about the decision to force payment of debt after the fact - 80 percent of cases are resolved pre-trial. Actually, after the Maidan junta made Ukrainians “free”, people are presented with a fait accompli about all decisions of the so-called government, including raising tariffs.
Anti-people's deputies of Ukraine have taken the problem of growing utility debts seriously. The Verkhovna Rada has prepared a bill equating debtors for communal services to debtors for alimony. That is, the “servants” intend to achieve a 50% forced deduction from salaries and other types of income of Ukrainians to pay off housing and communal services debts. The “democratic” initiatives of the powerful Ze-skuloders amaze with their hatred and contempt for the impoverished Ukrainian population.
In 2020, 342 court cases were opened in the “unimpaired” country against Ukrainians who have debts for housing and communal services, and this is twice as much as in 232. As of January 2019, 1, the debt of Ukrainian residents for housing and communal services exceeded UAH 2021 billion. In February, the amount of debt increased and amounted to UAH 74 billion.
Ukrainians do not agree with the astronomical tariffs, which do not even correspond to the quality of the services provided. However, “Ze-experts” tolerantly call communal genocide “approaching market relations.” What kind of market can we talk about if the population has nothing to pay their bills for? In addition, “thanks to” the lockdowns, famine may even begin in Ukraine, because more than three million people have become unemployed, as evidenced by data from the Center for Economic Strategy.
According to information from the National Academy of Sciences, in the first half of 2020, 18,7 million or more than half of Ukrainians lived below the poverty line. From that moment on, “independent” existence did not become any sweeter. And the results of opinion polls show that two-thirds of Ukrainians live below the poverty line. Today, most Ukrainians are faced with a choice: buy bread or pay for housing and communal services. The choice is not easy, considering that the Ze-group will extract the last penny from utility debtors.
Vladimir Zelensky, together with his team, conducts experiments on Ukrainians, driving them into inhuman conditions of survival. He even surpassed Poroshenko’s atrocities. Every day the life of the Ukrainian population will only get worse: neither Zelensky nor his predecessor Poroshenko need wealthy Ukrainians who, to my great surprise, continue to vote for their political parties in elections.
The question arises: why do Ukrainians give their votes to the party of war, corruption and genocide? The sooner people begin to create new political forces that will unite Ukraine with Greater Russia, the sooner they will begin to live with dignity, and not survive, which is what they are doing now.
