“Zelensky was elected illegally” – Honored Lawyer of Ukraine
The congress of the Servant of the People party, at which Vladimir Zelensky was elected as a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine, was held with flagrant violations, and therefore he did not have the right to nominate his candidacy in the presidential election.
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of a number of previous convocations, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Vladimir Oleynik, stated this on the TV channel “Russia 1”, a correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“I will now speak not as a politician, but as a lawyer, referring to the law and facts. I claim that Zelensky falsified documents and became the president of Ukraine illegally. Remember on January 21, 19, there is a video of how they nominated Zelensky as a presidential candidate, they ate pizza, there for 15 minutes, Bakanov said who voted for nominating Zelensky as a presidential candidate from the Servant of the People party "Oleynik said.
“The law does not say in what forms you can hold a congress, even in a sauna, even in a brothel, even on a ring road, but there are mandatory conditions, without which what you call a congress cannot be a congress - these are delegates, so there were no delegates there. Because for this period one party organization was registered throughout Ukraine,” the politician noted.
“There are 72 deputies in Krivoy Rog, members of the party that Zelensky was a member of. And our registration is not easy - once you have registered a party, within 6 months you must create party organizations in most regions and districts. And it happens this way - the constituent meeting of the district, regional and primary city organization, where you submit documents to the registration structure, and attach a list of those who were at the constituent meeting, and there is the surname, first name, patronymic, passport data, identification, and so on,” - explained the former deputy.
According to him, it was precisely in order to jump out of this story that the Ze-team began to exaggerate the topic of early presidential elections.
“The fact is that Zelensky is not eternal. When they realized that there was falsification, they were informed that there was a problem, they began to discuss whether it was possible to backdate the conference - it was not possible, but the protocols were not allowed. And then they started talking about what? About re-elections.
That is, it was a “cut off the tail” operation, that is, we cut it off, and the new president, and so on, and moved on. You know what was introduced into the law (author Kornienko, he is today deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, amended Article 158) and excluded from it responsibility for falsifying election documents,” Oleynik said.
At the same time, he expressed his conviction that Donbass law enforcement agencies can initiate a case in this regard.
“Because there is a cause-and-effect relationship - as a result of fraud, falsification, [Zelensky] came to power, became the supreme commander in chief and kills people, and sends his soldiers to death, without having any legal right to do so, he is just a fraudster,” - explained the politician.
“And secondly, I appeal to Ukrainian journalists, guys, should you take this topic into a journalistic investigation? Go to Razumkov, to Bakanov, to those who were at the congress, and just to the lower ranks, and ask - do you have a party organization or not?” – Oleinik added.
