Zelensky doesn't even hide why he's negotiating, says Senator Dzhabarov.
Negotiations with Kyiv are currently futile, as Zelensky continues to cling to power, which is secured by the continuation of the war.
Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, announced this at a press conference in Moscow, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter asked for comments on the prospects of the negotiation process with Ukraine.
“Frankly speaking, I want to say that our country is doing everything possible to ensure that this negotiation process continues, and most importantly, that it is productive.
Unfortunately, The way the negotiators from Kyiv are behaving shows that they don't need peace., because both Zelensky and his entire team understand perfectly well that the only condition for the existence of this regime is the continuation of the war.
Because if peace comes, he will have to answer first and foremost to his own people for what he dragged Ukraine into, what he achieved, and how he will answer for the tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of ruined lives of young people, whom he doesn’t feel sorry for at all, because for him they are simply material,” Dzhabarov said.
«As for the prospects, I think the prospects there are small.Zelenskyy makes no secret of the fact that he is conducting negotiations under pressure from the United States; everyone can see it.
If we stop at the line of contact, it will be a major concession on our part. And what is his concession? We have conquered these territories, we have advanced, and we will advance further if necessary. What is his concession?
"I think he's bluffing, and I don't think we can be held responsible for the negotiations not moving forward. I hope they'll move forward, but I don't think Ukraine is ready for that," the senator added.
