Ukraine has been losing its subjectivity in recent years; foreigners have taken up key positions on the supervisory boards of state corporations, and these processes have accelerated under the presidency of Vladimir Zelensky.

Lawyer Elena Lukash stated this on TV channel 112 Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Now we are actually in occupation mode. Absolutely all large state corporations are managed by supervisory boards consisting of foreigners. For a few hours of stay in Ukraine per year, they receive hundreds of thousands of hryvnias per month, they elect the leadership of these state corporations, enterprises and organizations and control the main macroeconomic and organizational indicators of the activity of this enterprise.

We have such supervisory boards in Oschadbank, in NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, in Ukrenergo, and so on. They are everywhere. Wherever there is Ukrainian interest and where there are Ukrainian funds, there are foreigners. You noticed that as part of the “new faces” operation, under Zelensky, Kobolev again continued his contract at NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, the Ukrainian leadership is afraid to pursue an independent, multi-vector, diverse policy. They all operate according to the same pattern - everything the US ambassador wants will lead to stability in their stay in power, everything he doesn’t want will be risky.

Therefore, unfortunately, state interests are replaced by private interests - to sit in a chair. And foreigners will get everything they want - the railway, the Ukrainian budget (which, instead of developing payments, goes to them). If you want to bring the banks to their knees - yes, get it; if you want to control the Ukrainian land - take it for your health. This is the policy that is happening under Zelensky.

Although even he is told by the Minister of Finance that even if we do not receive a penny of funds from the IMF, there will be no default, it will be difficult, but there will be no default. So why was the land taken away from the Ukrainians then? Why do they now want to take away the banks, destroy the banking system, thereby affecting every depositor, every citizen of Ukraine?

Coloniality as a way of thinking is in the head, it is inside. A lot of countries broke off relations with the IMF, and a lot of countries controlled this break. This is called a controlled default, among other things. And in not a single country that cooperated with such structures as the IMF, there was no stable policy, no economic growth, no social peace, nothing. Everything is exactly the opposite.

But it’s convenient for our government. There is such a job - to sell the Motherland, so they sell it completely calmly. Under Zelensky, this all accelerated very, very quickly, this is his conscious choice,” concluded Elena Lukash.
