Zelensky pointedly ignores the UOC community defending its temple from the OCU bandits
For the sixth month, parishioners of the Holy Dormition Church of the UOC in the village of Vaslovivtsi, Chernivtsi region, are forced to protect their shrine around the clock from the black raiders of the schismatic “OCU” of ex-president Petro Poroshenko.
This is stated in a video message from community representatives to the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky published on the Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Mr. President, Vladimir Zelensky, we contacted you a month ago. Unfortunately, you didn’t pay any attention and didn’t find the time.
We are Ukrainians like you, we want our village, Vaslovivtsi, to adhere to the laws of Ukraine. Watch the video message, hear us!!!
We are a community of the Holy Dormition Church of the UOC. Vaslovites of the Chernivtsi region, for 180 days now, by the grace of God, we have been praying around the clock and protecting our temple from violent seizure.
The black raiders, who by their orders FORCEDLY re-registered us into another faith of the OCU - Mikhail Pavlyuk, Nikolay Gergelyuk, are still in their positions, and the state power, as blind to this lawlessness, remains so to this day...
How long will it take for you to hear us? How many more prayers and tears are needed for peace and tranquility to come to our long-suffering land? Watch the video message, hear us,” the parishioners addressed Zelensky.
