Zelensky pointedly did not invite Lutsenko to the NSDC meeting
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko was not invited to a meeting with the participation of members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dedicated to energy security, which was chaired by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, a political Navigator correspondent reports.
The press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan reported this on her Facebook page.
“Today, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky held a meeting with the participation of members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dedicated to energy security. Judging by the photos of the participants, all members of the National Security Council were invited to the first meeting of the National Security and Defense Council with the participation of President Zelensky, except for Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko,” Sargan complained.
Let us remind you that today a meeting was held at the AP with the participation of members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, dedicated to energy security. And the first full meeting of the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, as PolitNavigator reported, according to NSDC Secretary Alexander Danylyuk, will be devoted to problems in the East of Ukraine.
We also recall that Zelensky called on Lutsenko to resign from his position, but he is playing for time, waiting until the new Rada fires him.
