Zelensky must imprison Poroshenko
The showman Vladimir Zelensky, who won the presidential elections in Ukraine, will never be able to create a capable pro-government coalition in parliament until he disperses the old elite.
The special representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky, on his way to power, already declared that he needed to remove the old team. The parliamentary-presidential system does not allow the president, without a majority in parliament, to effectively govern the state. With Poroshenko, Turchinov, and Tymoshenko, he will never create a large pro-government coalition, and his hands will not be free to implement those fantastic reforms.
But he must start with Poroshenko. If he doesn’t imprison Poroshenko, if he doesn’t remember all the blood, corruption, bullying of the Ukrainian people for five years, then from the next day after the inauguration all this will hang on him,” Miroshnik said.
