Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is seeking a meeting with Vladimir Putin to convince the Russian president to agree to change the text of the Minsk agreements, although the Kremlin has previously repeatedly stated that it is categorically against revising the agreements, and the Donbass problem should be discussed between Kyiv and the LDPR.
