Zelensky could easily disappear on vacation - ex-minister
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, vacationing abroad as a private individual, can easily be arrested in third countries, since he is deprived of diplomatic immunity.
Former Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vladimir Lanovoy stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact is that the president’s departure from the country abroad is a special regime. He cannot travel incognito to the Maldives or Oman.
Because someone remains in charge of him; in some extreme cases, he gives a command and is delegated to him.

He should have diplomatic status. He could be arrested somewhere as a private citizen.
