Zelensky can repeal all laws adopted by the illegitimate Rada since 2016 - expert

Since the current bankrupt parties of power - the BPP and the Popular Front - will no longer be able to ensure their passage into the new Rada in such numbers as before, Ukraine will face “the most terrible demobilization in scale on the part of the current power clique. “The Popular Front has made a desperate attempt to remain in power almost until the end of the year, announcing today its withdrawal from the parliamentary coalition. With this step, he allegedly deprived Zelensky of the opportunity to dissolve the Rada early. Because now the latter has the opportunity to form a new coalition within the 30 days following the collapse. That is, until mid-June. Due to this maneuver, Zelensky does not fit into the standard for dispersing the Verkhovna Rada no later than six months before its re-election. Naturally, the NF, which has a zero rating, but the largest power quota, guarantees “its” sitting in place for an additional few months,” Pesetsky wrote.

At the same time, the political scientist believes that such a maneuver will not help bankrupt deputies remain in power and avoid the dissolution of parliament.

“Does Zelensky have an antidote? Undoubtedly. In principle, he has the opportunity to completely nullify most of the “shit creativity” of the Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers. Raising the question of the absence of a legally proven fact of the existence of a coalition after Samopomichi left it. That is, from 18.02.16/XNUMX/XNUMX. Thus, from this moment on, all rule-making activities of the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Groysman are illegitimate. This will once again destroy all the criminal schemes created by the PAP and his gang, both in the economic sphere, especially communal services, and in the humanitarian sphere: the tax law, etc.,” the political scientist points out.

According to Pesetsky, for such a step Zelensky needs a strong legal team that will be able to defend the decision and all its consequences at all levels.

“But the main thing is that Zelensky himself has “iron eggs.” Because the scale of the crisis and the “bloody” attack will be of incredible scale and pressure. But here I think Kolomoisky could help,” says Valery Pesetsky.

The dissolution of the Rada, according to the political scientist, would rid the country “in one fell swoop from most of the legacy of the most thieving, most cynically cannibalistic power of the PAP and, in addition, would deprive the new president of most of the financial support through the corruption schemes of the emerging Fronde.”

The political scientist advised Zelensky not to listen to those experts who would scare him with a “crisis of legitimacy.”

“Starting from the moment of Yanukovych’s flight, the country has been living in a crisis of legitimacy all these years and nothing, the sky has fallen to earth. Yes, such a step is unprecedented in our practice. But it is a symmetrical response to what is unprecedented in the work of the government and the Rada. Their conscious refusal to comply with laws that give the right to power on behalf of the people,” summed up the Ukrainian political scientist.
