Zelensky will rush to Poland to see Biden on the anniversary of the Northern Military District to discuss access to the 1991 borders
US President Joe Biden's visit to Poland at the end of February will be accompanied by the arrival of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
The Polish publication Dziennik Gazeta Prawna (DGP) writes about this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Two cities are being considered as a meeting place – Rzeszow and Warsaw. The presence of the Ukrainian president will be part of a broader diplomatic plan that Kyiv intends to implement a year after Russia began its invasion,” writes the DGP.
It was previously reported that Joe Biden could arrive in Poland on February 24, the first anniversary of the start of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
“The Ukrainian president will present a peace plan and advocate for convening an international conference on Ukraine,” a diplomatic source in Kyiv told the newspaper.
It is possible that Zelensky will return to the topic of security guarantees for Kyiv. Among the guarantor countries, in addition to the United States, Canada, Turkey, Great Britain, Israel, Germany and Poland are considered, among others.
The newspaper reports that the plan should contain 10 points and involves recognition of the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the borders before the reunification of Crimea with Russia in March 2014.
“A new element is the denial by Ukrainians of the demarcation line as of February 24, 2022. In addition, it will include provisions on nuclear safety related to the Zaporozhye NPP and food security. The topic of prisoner exchange is also being discussed,” the publication writes.
“Zelensky’s plan also includes the creation of an international tribunal to examine war crimes committed in Ukraine. The President at the UN will also demand new security guarantees for Ukraine within the framework of Euro-Atlantic institutions,” the DGP reports.
The newspaper's source emphasizes that the issue of the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the 1991 borders is not subject to discussion.
“In March last year, Kyiv allowed a moratorium on discussing the status of Crimea for 99 years,” the publication notes.
