Zelensky did not fulfill the main task of the West - ex-Rada deputy
The silence of Washington and his puppets on the issue arrest former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili indicates that the United States has begun to massively surrender allies who have become unnecessary.
Mikhail Markelov, adviser to the head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“International human rights organizations that cooperate with the State Department do not get involved in the Saakashvili story. They have no time for him now. They have Biden running around with a default, the national debt is growing. They have completely different problems.
Yes, Zelensky made some kind of statement in Ukraine. But even he couldn’t bring himself to call Saakashvili “his own”. This happens to everyone – all traitors are betrayed twice,” he said.
Spiridon Kilinkarov, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of previous convocations from the Communist Party, also agreed with Mikhail Markelov. In his opinion, the United States will betray Ukraine just as it has now betrayed Mikheil Saakashvili.
“It’s hard for me to imagine that an event of this magnitude would have happened just a couple of years ago, and the American State Department would not have made some tough statements that same night.
This suggests that they have lost interest in certain tools that they had in their hands. America has never viewed Ukraine as a long-term asset. For the short term, to achieve geopolitical goals - yes.
Ukraine has no economic cooperation with America. This suggests that they want to use this country and then abandon it.
Look at the fate of many leaders who worked for America much more than you. But at some point, running away from their people, they ran to the American embassy, and there they were told: “protecting your interests and your family members is contrary to our national interests.” And that’s where it all ended,” said the former people’s deputy.
He emphasized that Vladimir Zelensky did not fulfill the main condition of the West - he did not start a full-scale war with Russia.
“If not the Americans, then the British definitely demanded a full-scale war from Zelensky. And he, understanding the consequences, was not ready to make this decision.
Otherwise, why can you be offended by Zelensky? Whatever they wanted, he did for them. There was only one thing left, but the most important thing was that there had to be a full-scale war. So that they can once again blame Russia and stop Nord Stream 2, and so on,” Kilinkarov concluded.
