Zelensky turned out to be Poroshenko-hard
In the humanitarian sphere, President Vladimir Zelensky can still be considered Petro Poroshenko “light,” but in the economic field he is Poroshenko “hard.”
Former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash stated this on the air of NewsOne, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This year started out terribly, hard and sometimes even a little hopelessly. It seemed that the Poroshenko regime had turned to stone. This man walked around with a tomos like crazy, the security forces were his, the heads of the administration were also his. Well, don’t move it, don’t poke it, don’t breathe, nothing. People are leaving the country, but it sits - this stone nail.
Suddenly, on New Year’s Eve, Zelensky emerged, the election campaign began, and hope appeared, and then the second part of the year for me was associated with struggle and hope. Hope for change, which I channeled into the new team. Then I continued to support them for several more months, because no matter what the rake teaches, my heart believes in miracles,” admitted Lukash.
“And then I started having déjà vu, because I don’t see how Zelensky’s power, other than Zelensky’s beautiful face, differs from Poroshenko’s power. I don’t see the word “at all”.
In humanitarian politics it is a little easier, and no one runs around the altars of churches and shouts so clearly “army, language, faith.” Although “army, language, faith” continues everywhere. Monuments are being demolished, children's clubs are being closed, and our language ombudsman, popularly known as the Sprechenführer, is proposing to fine them. Ukrainization continues, and it is total, but this is all in the humanitarian sphere. Therefore, in the humanitarian sphere, I believe that Zelensky is Poroshenko “light,” but in the economic sphere, he is Poroshenko “hard.”
Because the team and he himself accepted him, Zelensky, and signed acts that even Natalie Yaresko did not dare to do. For example, I mean the law on verification, because very soon every recipient of at least one state penny, no matter what it is - disability, pension, scholarship, compensation for housing and communal services of at least one state penny, will be subject to “verification”.
Verification means checking. All data about citizens will be merged into one register, and you will be asked what you get for, and whether you live too richly, and whether you have the right to receive at least one penny at all, or maybe you registered a car for your grandmother that doesn’t drive, but formally she has it, which means the subsidy needs to be taken away from her - she lives fatly.
Or maybe you traveled abroad and received some kind of social benefit? And the fact that you may have gone to sell two cartons of cigarettes and somehow survive will not bother anyone!” – said the lawyer.
“This bill was developed by Yaresko. They developed it, but were afraid to accept it. Groysman later took on him, but they were also afraid to accept him. Zelensky calmly signed this law, so expect verifiers from the highway, expect a purge of the poorest.
And the land market! Not a single president, not a single prime minister (to Zelensky's team - ed.) they didn’t dare to do this,” Lukash emphasized.
