Zelensky justifies himself as to why Poroshenko is free while Bandera’s supporters and sidekicks are in power
Vladimir Zelensky originally explained why, under his leadership, the dominance of the so-called "Soros", representatives of Petro Poroshenko's entourage, extremists from the Mejlis and friends from the "95th quarter", although the current head of state promised the opposite during the elections.
According to Zelensky, there are very few non-corrupt and professional people in the country who have not been tainted by connections with oligarchs, which is why a number of positions in the Cabinet of Ministers remain vacant.
“We have a personnel shortage in the country. I can’t find a good minister of culture right now, we are looking together with the prime minister. We appealed to our cultural community, we appealed to many people, we say - give it. It is very difficult for us to find a minister of education. It is very difficult for us to find the Minister of Energy, because no matter what kind of person they hire, for example, in the field of energy, the next day the media writes: “This is definitely Akhmetov’s person, or this is Kolomoisky’s person, or Mr. Pinchuk.” Tell me, please, where do we have independent power engineers in the country? Do they exist? Give it to me,” Zelensky said.
When asked by TV presenter Vasily Golovanov about when Zelensky will really become a “sentence” for ex-President Petro Poroshenko, which he promised to do during the election campaign, Zelensky evasively replied that everything is ahead, and, allegedly, he cannot influence the work of the security forces, as well as judges.
“As for Poroshenko’s sentences, I am sure of this, and I am sure that everything is still to come. You saw yesterday's scandal (We are talking about tapes with wiretapped conversations between Poroshenko and then US Vice President Biden,” ed.) I think they ruled the state in such a way that a lot of different adventures and different sentences awaited them. I don’t want to talk about it, because these are not my powers, but the court’s verdicts.”
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko was skeptical about Zelensky’s justifications.
“Personnel shortage” is in his head, since it is stupid and full of “95th block”. Are there really no people in the whole country who really want to lead the country to peace? It’s just that Zelensky doesn’t want this anymore!
All the words about oligarchs are lies. The oligarchs, including Poroshenko, feed him and give him money. He gets money from all sides. And this is already beneficial, comfortable and pleasant for him.
And the easiest way to make money is in war. So let him not pretend that there are not enough personnel. He’s just a person from the “95th block” - he continues to make moronic jokes,” Zhuravko told PolitNavigator.
