Klymenko Time also draws attention to the fact that the section of the bridge that was built was deliberately made narrow so that tanks and other military equipment from both sides could not pass through it. “But at the same time, if necessary, a passenger car, for example an ambulance, can cross the bridge,” adds the telegram channel.
The representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, also shared his impressions of the open bridge on Telegram.
“As soon as Ze and his retinue set sail from the bridge in Stanitsa Luganskaya, two builders quietly pulled away the barrier fence and let people cross the bridge. They apparently did not know that Zelensky promised to open the bridge in two or three days.
The ICRC (International Red Cross - Ed) money for the restoration of the bridge never arrived. Half of the bridge was restored by LPR builders, the destroyed spans were erected by the Ukrainian highway.
