Zelensky announced a plan to introduce Azov into Donetsk
At the meeting of the Normandy Four in Paris, the Ukrainian side will propose its “cunning plan” for introducing Kiev’s security forces into Donetsk and Lugansk - this will be the so-called “municipal guard”, which will include “in equal proportions” representatives of the Ukrainian National Guard (originally formed from Euromaidan militants ) and Donbass. It is interesting that, according to Zelensky’s idea, former members of the militia will not be able to get into the “municipal guard” from Donbass, since they could “shoot and kill”, violating Ukrainian law.
Zelensky himself announced the corresponding plans at meeting held the day before with former students – participants of Euromaidan, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov compared Zelensky’s plan to nonsense.
“I wonder if he’s delusional or not? Zelensky proposes introducing the National Guard into the DPR and LPR under the guise of “municipal guards.” Can you imagine how Azov militants participate in patrolling Donetsk, right? Then let’s have the People’s Militia of the DPR enter Slavyansk and Avdeevka, what else!
And second. Why should only representatives of “the other side” be recruited from those who did not participate in hostilities? Then recruit “this side” from among the recruits and send it to us for re-education.
