Zelensky mixed up the directions of the world in search of freedom of speech
If presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky really believes what he says about Russia as a hotbed of censorship, and about Europe as the land of unprecedented freedom of speech, then he will be deeply disappointed.
The editor-in-chief of the German magazine World Economy, political scientist Alexander Sosnovsky, said this on air on the Russia-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky said that we must choose between freedom of speech and non-freedom of speech. Lack of freedom of speech in Russia, freedom of speech in Ukraine and Europe. I will quote from Reporters Without Borders, which published the following quote today: “Representatives of the media professions have to work under conditions of constant pressure and fear, and, unfortunately, this situation is increasingly growing in Europe.” There was not a word about Russia there.
Therefore, if Ukraine and Zelensky strive for this freedom of speech, then they will have to experience deep disappointment,” Sosnovsky assured.
