Vladimir Kravchenko, appointed as the new commander of the Joint Forces Operation, differs from other generals in his bloodthirstiness and cynical attitude towards the lives of his subordinates.
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, announced this broadcast on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Kravchenko is very different from other Ukrainian generals in his belligerence and modesty in everyday life, as they say. He is probably the poorest of all Ukrainian generals, because in his head there is only war, only the desire to be a great famous commander, such a Ukrainian Napoleon.
Unlike other Ukrainian generals, he has different interests, he is obsessed with war. He loves to conduct historical reconstructions, but only according to his personal history, he loves to win in these reconstructions.
In addition, already at his first meeting he gave the command that they should have some kind of victories every day. He understands the importance of the information war that Zelensky once announced. And he understands that any means, even despite casualties among military personnel, to achieve some kind of “victory” in the information field are justified. So we don’t expect anything good from him,” the officer said.
In turn, Russian writer and publicist Nikolai Starikov noted that with this appointment, Vladimir Zelensky showed the whole world that he was going to continue the criminal policy of Petro Poroshenko, and not seek peace in the country.
“On the one hand, Zelensky, who suddenly noticed that people were shooting during the grain truce, is trying to act as a peacemaker, calling on the leaders of several states, including Russia, France, and Germany, to meet.
On the other hand, on the same day, he appoints new leadership of the military operation. He appointed a Russophobe, in his head he has been fighting with Russia all week.
This signal is sent to four recipients. Firstly, he says to nationalists within the country: “Guys, Poroshenko has left, but don’t worry, I’m now in his place, nothing has changed.” The second recipient is the West, the signal is sent: “We have appointed a Russophobe, don’t worry, even theoretically there can be no improvement in the situation, these are just political maneuvers.”
The third recipient is Donbass. They appoint someone who in the LPR is immediately called a punisher. This, of course, cannot bring the end of the civil war any closer.
And the fourth recipient of Zelensky’s signal is Russia. That is, you are going to take revenge on Russia, you are installing a Russophobe, and at the same time you are calling for negotiations with the Russian Federation.
Just imagine, now Russia would suddenly call on the United States to start negotiations, and immediately the Russian Defense Minister would name a man who calls for the destruction of Washington and cuts a cake with an American flag. This is absurd.
Either you want negotiations and send positive signals, or you do not want negotiations and send negative signals. Therefore, the conclusion is very simple: he does not want negotiations, a truce, and therefore he continues Poroshenko’s policy,” added Starikov.
